For Students
Bald Mountain Meadow programs give students the chance to step beyond the classroom and learn through real places, people, and experiences. Whether close to home or halfway around the world, each program is a chance to explore, ask questions, build new skills, and see the world and yourself a little differently.

The Bald Mountain Experience
Learning takes many forms at Bald Mountain Meadow. You might find yourself deep in conversation around a table one day and out exploring a new landscape the next. Bald Mountain Meadow programs get you out into the world and connect what you’re learning with the places, people, and questions that give it meaning.

Go Somewhere New
A new place has a way of making you pay attention. You might find yourself in the Scottish Highlands, off trail in Alaska, or somewhere much closer to home. Wherever you go, you’ll spend time getting to know the place rather than simply passing through it.

Learn With & From Others
You won’t do it alone. You’ll meet students whose lives look very different from yours, along with people who know these places well. You’ll exchange ideas, work together, challenge one another, and come away with a broader perspective than you started with.

Return With Purpose
Bald Mountain Meadow programs are designed with what comes next in mind. Students return home with a stronger sense of responsibility to the people and places around them, a deeper understanding of perspectives beyond their own, and a clearer idea of how they want to show up in the world.
Upcoming Student Programs
From Scotland and Iceland to Alaska and beyond, Bald Mountain Meadow programs bring students together for unforgettable experiences in some of the world’s most remarkable places. Participants learn alongside peers from across the globe, work with world-class educators and local experts, and experience each place in ways few learners ever do.
