Caimile leads communications and marketing efforts, supports program and event operations, and manages engagement across the GCI Summit, Fellowship, and Alumni community at Bald Mountain Meadow. Her work spans marketing and communications strategy, digital and creative projects, community engagement, and program logistics, all with a focus on helping BMM connect with and support its global community. Outside of work, Caimile likes to write poetry, play piano, draw, paint, dance, volunteer in her community, or work on a personal project.

Caimile earned her B.A. in English: Rhetoric and Professional Writing with minors in Spanish and Anthropology from North Carolina State University.
