Aybike Oğuz is an educator and facilitator passionate about helping young people discover their power to shape the world around them. With over two decades of experience in education, she has worked across teaching, curriculum design, and leadership, focusing on learning that connects ideas with real-world impact.Early in her career, a field visit to a rural community revealed how transformative real-life changemaking experiences can be for students. Since then, she has dedicated her work to creating learning environments where young people develop empathy, agency, and the courage to address challenges in their communities.She pioneered one of Türkiye’s first student-led social entrepreneurship initiatives at the high school level and later co-authored a guide to help university students launch social impact projects. For over a decade, she has designed and facilitated workshops on youth changemaking and social innovation for students from diverse cultural backgrounds worldwide.Through her work, Aybike invites young people to see themselves as learners, collaborators, and global citizens.
